Sentura team 'on target' to improve customer experience

Members of the Sentura team gathered for the company’s regular quarterly meeting yesterday at nearby Rutland Water.

 

Members of the Sentura team gathered for the company’s regular quarterly meeting yesterday at nearby Rutland Water.   After an early morning cruise of the lake and breakfast onboard the Rutland Belle, the team focused its attention on ways of improving the customer experience even further during the second half of 2018. 

The morning was rounded off with an archery taster session, which proved popular with everyone and a well-earned lunch!

Managing Director Laurie Pollard commented; ‘The ethos of the company is that we are here to give our customers an easy life so we wanted to focus on new and better ways of doing just that, as well as saying thank you to the team for their hard work during the first half of the year.  Enjoying our beautiful surroundings just down the road from our offices seemed a good way to combine both!’.
